Cidex 2018

The Chinese International Defence Electronics Exhibition (CIDEX) is a world leading event in China, hosting over 400 exhibitors, with 24,000 visitors in a 40,000 square metre venue.

Kemtron’s Managing Director, Victoria Tsoi, ventured to Beijing to visit and assist our Official Distributor in China, Wellking Electronics (Xi’an) Co., Ltd.

The items exhibited at this event are the latest in cutting edge technology within the defence and electronics sector, and Wellking have been at the forefront of this, and have exhibited for the 10th consecutive year. The event focuses on hot issues such as “Anti UAV electronic warfare” and “Identification of Friend or Foe” with “Electric Warfare in Counter-Terrorism and Emergency-dealing” being the topic of the main forum.

CIDEX is managed and organised by China Electronics Technology Corporation and is an excellent opportunity for Kemtron to go out to the Chinese market and have our products displayed, especially when considering the products that we have designed specifically for the military/defence industry.

This is the 11th year that this event has run and is now referred to as China’s number 1 national defence electronics exhibition, the relationships and exposure gained from this event are of great importance.
